Short answer: no — there is no verified official PSA appointment mobile app. The only official booking channel is the PSA appointment website at appointment.psa.gov.ph, and booking there is free. Do not download unofficial apps calling themselves “PSA Appointment” — they are not verified by the Philippine Statistics Authority and could put your personal information at risk.
Appointments are now mandatory at all PSA outlets
Since 23 March 2026, appointments have been mandatory at all PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) outlets, per PSA Advisory 26CRS01-0546 (released 26 March 2026). This applies to all clients, including National ID holders — the old National ID walk-in lane has been removed. Book only through appointment.psa.gov.ph, which is free. Your appointment slip is non-transferable and must bear the requester’s name.
Warning: avoid unofficial “PSA” apps
Impersonator apps can appear in app stores using the PSA name or logo. Never enter personal details into an unverified app. Always check that you are on appointment.psa.gov.ph before booking — that is the official appointment channel.
