1. Arrive 15–30 minutes early. Guards check your appointment slip and ID at the entrance before letting you in — this is where the “no appointment, no entry” rule is enforced.
2. QR code scanning. Staff scan the QR code on your slip and cross-check it against the booking database. A screenshot on your phone works, but a printout is safer if your battery is low or the screen is cracked.
3. Fill out the request form. You’ll state the document owner’s full name, date and place of birth (or marriage/death), and parents’ names. Bring these details written down, especially if you’re requesting for a family member.
