PSA Viewable Online & DocPrint (2026): View Your Record for ₱130, Print at Any Outlet — No Appointment Needed
Last Updated on October 3, 2026 by gillani
Viewable Online lets you view your PSA civil registry record on screen without visiting an outlet — and DocPrint lets you print that record at any PSA CRS outlet for ₱80 per copy, with no appointment required. Together they are the cheapest way to hold your certificate: ₱210 total for a printed birth certificate.
What Are Viewable Online and DocPrint?
- Viewable Online — announced in PSA Advisory 25CRS01-1584 (3 June 2025) and expanded by 25CRS00-09-2472 (26 September 2025). You apply online through PSA Serbilis and view your record for 60 days.
- DocPrint — the printing option at a CRS outlet: ₱80 per copy, and DocPrint at a CRS outlet does not require an appointment — a verified exception to the mandatory-appointment rule (appointments have been required for all CRS-outlet visits since 23 March 2026 under Advisory 26CRS01-0546).

| PSA E-Certificate (digital) | ₱290 / ₱345 CENOMAR | No |
Before You Apply
- Check with the requesting office whether a DocPrint copy meets their requirement — offices that insist on specific paper copies may ask for an outlet-issued or PSAHelpline copy instead.
- Double-check the details you enter (name, date and place of the event) to avoid “record not found” results.
- Apply only through PSA Serbilis — never through unofficial pages asking for extra “processing” fees.
