The PSA e-Certificate is a fully digital PSA certificate — a digitally signed, QR-verifiable PDF — launched on 25 February 2026. It is the fastest option when the school, employer, or government office asking for your document accepts a digital copy: there is no outlet visit and no appointment, and it costs less than the paper channels.

How to Get an E-Certificate
- Go to PSA’s official e-Certificate channel — check psa.gov.ph for the current link; never use unofficial pages.
- Follow the on-screen steps to enter the document details (name, date and place of the event).
- Pay the fee (₱290 / ₱345 CENOMAR) using one of the payment options shown on the official site.
- Receive and save your PDF — the e-Certificate carries a digital signature and a QR code you or the receiving office can scan to verify authenticity.
Keep a backup copy of the PDF. If you need a paper copy instead, consider Viewable Online + DocPrint or an outlet visit with a free appointment at appointment.psa.gov.ph.
Where the E-Certificate Is Accepted
Acceptance depends on the office requesting the document. Always confirm with the receiving office (school, employer, embassy, government agency) whether it accepts a digital PSA certificate before you apply.
- Offices that specifically require a SECPA paper copy will not accept a home-printed e-Certificate as equivalent — check first.
