How to Book a PSA Appointment in Metro Manila

  1. Go to appointment.psa.gov.ph — the official, free CRS booking system.
  2. Register or log in and follow the on-screen steps to verify your details.
  3. Select your certificate type — birth, marriage, death, CENOMAR, or others.
  4. Choose your preferred CRS outlet — select the Metro Manila outlet nearest you in the booking system. Major PSA offices serve the Quezon City, Manila, and Makati areas. To find outlets near you, use the official outlet locator on psa.gov.ph.
  5. Pick a date and time from the available slots. If nothing shows, slot availability changes over time — check back later or try another Metro Manila outlet.
  6. Confirm and save your slip — it comes with a QR/barcode and booking reference. Your slip is non-transferable and must bear your name as on your valid ID.

Booking is completely free. You pay only the document fee at the outlet on your visit day.

Metro Manila-Specific Notes

  • Metro Manila is the country’s largest urban concentration, so outlet slots can fill quickly — book as early as your schedule allows.
  • If your preferred NCR outlet has no slots, check other Metro Manila outlets in the booking system — any CRS outlet serves you regardless of where the event was registered.
  • Always book only at appointment.psa.gov.ph. Beware of unofficial pages charging “slot fees” — PSA never charges for booking.
